Drug Uses
Singulair is used for prevention and long–term curing of asthma. It is also used to relieve allergy symptoms. It may also be used for other situations as prescribed by your physician.
How Taken
Take Singulair as advised by your doctor. Take Singulair with or without a meal. Continue to take Singulair even if you feel well.
Additional Information
Singulair can cause drowsiness or dizziness. These effects can worsen if Singulair is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Use Singulair with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to this drug. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, ask your doctor. Singulair should be used only by the patient for whom it has been advised. Do not take less or more or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
